Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The return period begins on the delivery date recorded by the carrier, not the purchase date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email info@fetchazonline.my with your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. There are no restocking fees and no deduction from your refund for return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that while we initiate the refund within 1–2 business days, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the funds back to your account. This processing time is determined by your financial institution and is outside our control.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please initiate a return through the process above and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures the fastest turnaround for your replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@fetchazonline.my within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
