Accepted Payment Methods

fetchazonline accepts the following payment methods for all orders placed on our website:

  • Visa — credit and debit cards
  • MasterCard — credit and debit cards
  • PayPal — including PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, and linked cards

We do not accept cash on delivery, personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers at this time.

Payment Timing

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. Your order will not enter the fulfillment process until payment has been authorized and confirmed by the payment provider.

Currency

All transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD). If you are using a payment method issued in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee. Any such fees are determined by your financial institution and are not charged by fetchazonline.

Secure Checkout

All payment transactions on fetchazonline.my are conducted over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. Your payment card details are transmitted directly to our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.

Payment Authorization Failures

If your payment is declined or fails authorization, your order will not be processed. You will receive a notification from your payment provider, and you are welcome to retry the order with an alternative payment method.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. If you paid by card, the refund will be credited to the same card. Refund timing is described in detail in our Return & Refund Policy.
